Cancellation Policy
Fair and SimpleIf you cancel a scheduled class:
- More than 24 hours before class time: No charge.
- Less than 24 hours before class time: Full charge.
You can cancel a class more than 24 hours in advance at no charge. If you have already paid for the class, I can either send you a refund or apply the payment to your next session.
If you cancel a class less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full amount. However, the same policy applies to me. If I need to cancel our class less than 24 hours in advance, your next class will be free of charge.
How to Cancel a Class
To cancel a class, please follow these steps:
- Email: Send an email with your request to cancel.
- Phone: You can also call or text me.
Once I receive your cancellation request, I will confirm the cancellation via email or phone.
